Retreat Packing List

Clothing:

​

  • Comfortable, weather-appropriate layers (November can be chilly and we will be spending time outside rain/snow/shine)

  • Warm jacket, hat, scarf, gloves

  • Cozy indoor clothes / lounge wear

  • Comfortable walking shoes or boots

  • Waterproof jacket or outerwear

  • Yoga/stretchy clothes

  • Pajamas and slippers

  • Extra socks and underwear

Personal Items:

  • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.)

  • Any medications or supplements

  • Reusable water bottle and travel mug

  • Journal and pen (retreat journal will also be provided)

  • Small backpack or day bag

  • Facecloth and bath towel

Optional Comforts:

​

  • A meaningful object for the grief ritual (e.g., photo, crystal, token)

  • Blanket or shawl for comfort during sessions

  • Eye mask or earplugs for restful sleep

  • Favorite tea or snacks (kitchenette not guaranteed)

  • Your own yoga mat (one will be provided if you don't have one)

 

Outdoor Time:

  • Flashlight or headlamp

  • Umbrella

  • Thermos for hot drinks outside
